Egg Waffles (Low-Carb Recipe)

Because I phase/cycle my macros, I do appreciate some low-carb recipes/foods a couple of days out of the week, and these are a family favorite! It’s a fun way to use your waffle maker, and there are so many combinations!

Egg Waffles 🧇 are simple meal. Here’s the loose version of a recipe to experiment with & try!

Ingredients:


🥚6-8 eggs
🧀Cheese of your liking (best to shred your own, and there are non-dairy options)
🥦Veggie(s) of your choice (I use broccoli often)
🥓Meat of your choice (I’ve used ham, bacon, or sausage mostly)
🧂Seasonings (s&p, garlic, etc)


Directions:

Mix it all up & cook in waffle iron.

Don’t overfill to avoid a mess.

I top mine with avocado 🥑, and my dad would totally choose salsa!
