Homemade Honey Mustard Dressing/Dipping Sauce

When trying to eat healthier, cleaner, less processed… start with your dips, sauces, dressings, etc!

One of my favorite swaps has been blending a few ingredients together to make a yummy salad dressing, and this one doubles as one of our favorite glazes for chicken, pork tenderloin, sweet potato fries, carrots, and more! The more semi-homemade, less processed foods you start eating, the better all of the healthier foods start tasting. There are so many additives & sugars in most bottled salad dressings, and the sugar in this one comes from honey. Make it local to your region, and it’s even better for you!

It’s only 3 ingredients, but you can add to it to change up the flavor as well.

  • Balsamic Vinegar

  • Dijon Mustard

  • Honey

Mix equal parts of Dijon Mustard & Honey with a splash of Balsamic Vinegar.

I usually use 1 tbsp of mustard & honey at a time, and increase by a tbsp at a time for bigger batches.

It can be stored up to 3 days in the fridge, in an air-tight container.

ENJOY!
