The Center Studio is…

a small, private fitness studio + virtual gym for all fitness levels with 45-minute sessions led by an instructor. I’m here to help you improve your strength, mobility, endurance, flexibility, mental health, physical health, daily habits, & balance! While fitness is the focus, I take a holistic approach to overall health that starts in the studio, and continues into the rest of your daily life to help you get results! Session space is VERY limited, so the number of memberships or class passes will be of limited availability. Please contact Jessica Sanford directly for session times & availability outside of what is currently listed.

Class reservations must be made prior to class through membership or class pass purchase.

Here at The Center, we’re all about finding balance in your health journey. The triangle was chosen as the logo because symbolically, the triangle has often represented the power that can be attained through achieving balance after a difficult decision or challenging event. In another interpretation, the base of a triangle can be seen as a strong foundation that allows you to launch into a higher reality. 

There’s also the thought that each side is representative of the 3 main areas of life: Mind / Body / Spirit - which we aim to lift & grow through our training at the studio.

Spiritually, the triangle can be interpreted as the “flow” state that we get into when we are tapped into our true spiritual essence and passion. This is when time seems to disappear, and we feel spiritually activated by the activity we are doing. In a flow state, the mind, body, and spirit converge into one, and we are able to accomplish great tasks.

Jessica Sanford (a.k.a. BarefootFitJess) is a Certified Holistic Fitness & Behavioral Health Specialist + Certified Instructor who specializes in mobility, flexibility & strength, and she’s been in the health & fitness industry for over a decade. She wants to help make movement a daily pillar of health for others by providing in-person training in the studio + virtual training & classes. With a focus on balancing mind, body, & soul… The Center can help you find your power within.
