My Review of 131 Method
I’ve been improving my own health AND helping others on their journeys for over 7 years. I’m currently 35 years old, and a mother of 3 children. Our 4th baby was stillborn at 32 weeks, and I underwent my first c-section. After heavy grieving with unhealthy habits for about 6 weeks, I started getting back on track with my healthier habits.
